401(k) plan transition complete
The transition of the Employee Savings Plan
(ESP) to our new plan administrator, Hewitt, is complete. You
now have full access to your ESP account to review your balance,
change your investments, request a transaction, get a
personalized retirement forecast, designate your beneficiary and
more.
To access the
ESP:
Online:
Log in to the new Web site, Your Benefits Resources, directly
through the Exelon network or visit
www.yourbenefitsresources.com/exelon from any
computer with Internet access. The Web site is available 24
hours a day, seven days a week.
If you're logging on from outside the Exelon network, use the
temporary password that was sent to your home. You will be
prompted to create a permanent user ID and password to access
the Web site in the future. Within the Exelon network, you will
log in through ESS.
By phone: Call the Exelon 401(k) Service
Center at 877-401-5530, to speak with a customer service
representative, Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Central time/8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time.

The Exelon Ethics Hotline is
now open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Any employee
that has a concern about an Ethics violation may call the
hotline at:1-800-23-ETHIC (1-800-233-8442). Employees may also use
the hotline to ask questions and get answers on the code of
business conduct and on legal concerns. The help line will now
be centrally answered by Global Compliance Services, an
independent third-party service that is recognized as one of the
premier providers of such services.
Anyone calling also has the option to remain
anonymous.
