Your SSN can be changed to a "Customer ID" once you first log
on.
The PIN is a unique code from Fidelity. If you've never

The Exelon Ethics Hotline is
now open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Any employee
that has a concern about an Ethics violation may call the
hotline at:1-800-23-ETHIC (1-800-233-8442). Employees may also use
the hotline to ask questions and get answers on the code of
business conduct and on legal concerns. The help line will now
be centrally answered by Global Compliance Services, an
independent third-party service that is recognized as one of the
premier providers of such services.
Anyone calling also has the option to remain
anonymous.
